Qualifications
Our houses are
staffed by an experienced and diverse team of adults, whose aim is to develop a
consistent approach and give continuity of care for the young people residing
there.
The relevant
qualifications and experience of the Registered Manager and staff employed by
Plus One can be located in their Employee Profiles in each of the Registered
Homes individual Statements of Purpose.
These profiles include an account on the individual’s experience before
joining the organisation, their training and professional development during
the course of their employment and training received. All employees are CRB
checked prior to commencing employment with us.
It is our aim is
to provide a mixed gender team wherever possible to ensure an equal balance of
gender role models and pro-social modelling.
During transitional periods, when there may be single gender teams young
people are encouraged to have contact with others via education and activity
exploration.
